9.30am - Free Zenthai Flow style community yoga class with Sonia

11am - Options for people to receive (You can book your Zenthai sessions when you arrice in person).. Special 30 minute Zenthai sessions will be offered by our graduating therapists—for $30! Feel free to meditate in the space or quietly watch the Zenthai students giving sessions, or head outside to enjoy the sun, do some acro yoga or spin some Poi out in the garden.

12pm - Heart Ceremony of Song with special guests.

We will have delicious chai and homemade cake available… All proceeds going to a meaningful cause!

No bookings required, just show up a few minutes early so that we make sure we can squeeze everyone in.
