The Level 1 Zenthai Training is an excellent introduction to Zenthai bodywork, and an opportunity to see if you’d like to pursue deeper learning in this modality.

Zenthai Shiatsu combines the respected healing modalities of
Yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage, and osteopathic technique, integrated and weaved together with mindfulness at the core.
You’ll be introduced to practical tools and gain valuable knowledge on structural and energetic therapy. You’ll receive and practice technique every day, cultivating inner awareness, a deepened sense of touch and enrichment of conscious community and leave with a some new tools including a full 90 minute sequence (with video tutorials and a full colour manual).

Our Venue:
A convenient and cosy Scout Hall in Newcastle West, 1km from Bar Beach. We have used this venue for 5 years and it continues to hold us beautifully for each intensive. 1km from the beach, and home of some beautiful trees that we planted years ago now producing bananas, passionfruits and mulberries.
Accomodation: Our community in Newcastle sometimes offers to host students. Please make a request for that when you book in if you are from outside of Newcastle. Otherwise there are many options close by to our venue ranging from the backpackers to high end hotels.
We highly encourage you to create spaciousness in your evenings during the immersion to support yourself in absorbing the content and honouring the transformation that takes place.
