A transformational programme for Zenthai Shiatsu practitioners.
1. A deep dive into the mystery of the Chinese Version of the 5 elements and how it can be utilised to vitalise our interconnected relationship with life.
2. Learn the skill of floor based bodywork from various modalities- to effectively deal with issues in the musculo - skeletal system
3. Use movement as an intelligent art to ‘ unfix ‘ the body and mind from restricted and conditioned patterns that limit us in every way.
4. Develop an articulate conversation with the body that allows it to feel safe , release the tension and move towards freedom.
The course is divided into seven four-day modules plus student clinic/graduation.

Advanced 1 :: April 17 - 20th
Elements 1 :: May 22 - 25th
Advanced 2 :: June 19 - 22nd
Remedial 1 :: July 17 - 20th
Elements 2 :: September 4 - 7th
Remedial 2:: October 9 - 12th
Traditional Therapies :: November 6 - 9th
Student Clinic & Graduation :: Nov 27 - 30th
Each intensive workshop focuses on aspects of structural and energetic bodywork, aligned with Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 12 Threads of Zenthai Shiatsu. The modules cover Advanced techniques, Remedial bodywork that is influenced by osteopathy, Elemental theory and Traditional therapies such as moxabustion and cupping.
We begin each day embodying qualities through movement-based practice. Combined delivery of theory and practice, each class runs from 8:30 → 4:30pm.
The course has been designed by the founder of Zenthai Shiatsu Gwyn Williams, we embody an approach that is heart based, joyful, and influenced by a wide range of world class teachers and experts in the fields of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, Osteopathy, Wuo Thai, Acro Yoga and Yoga.
Sonia and a great support team of passionate and experienced therapists will be guiding the journey.
